RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the product, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
In order to be returned, your item must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, even if the item has to be shipped outside the customer's country. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service, as LUNAPLUME is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Before returning a product, please contact our customer service department at contact@lunaplumeshop.com. You will then receive detailed instructions on the return procedure.
Customers are asked to submit a photo of the product to help us determine the reason for return.
All items that are in the same package when received must be returned, including potential free gifts.
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email informing you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
To minimize our impact on the environment, we encourage our customers to think carefully about their purchase and to contact us with any questions they may have about a product before purchasing it.
Returns of certain types of merchandise are not permitted. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers and personalized products cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items cannot be returned:
* gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be issued: (where applicable).
* Books that show significant signs of use.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or discs that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts through no fault of our own.

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may be some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable).
Only items sold at the normal price can be returned at our expense. Unfortunately, discounted or promotional items cannot be returned at our expense.
Exchange (if applicable)
We will exchange all items with different variations at our expense if you are not satisfied within 14 days of receiving the product.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us directly at contact@lunaplumeshop.com.
If the item was not indicated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift sent the order to themselves and returned it to you later, we will send the refund to the person who gave you the gift so that they know you have returned their gift.

Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged item may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
